Designer Axel Peemoeller took the whole color-coding of parking garages to a new level by creating a vivid atmosphere where different colored lines lead you to various exits.
We even recycled the electronics and re-assimilated certain bulky items back into our home (like my kitty’s “condo” which I’ve needed to repair for the longest time). He’s thrilled that it’s back in operation!
The upper level is no different with a master bedroom and home office also drenched in more white. The color palette infusion of natural light and just the minimal presence of the seamless backdrop give the home spacious and serene vibe.
Then turn to the walls and windows to improve the insulation of the space. Most garages have very poor insulation and by replacing the windows and adding another layer of drywall to the space you can easily make it a more elegant and all-season space.
